These group sessions are great for all round fitness and there's nothing better than exercising on the beach.
Boot camps are group fitness sessions, usually held in the great outdoors. Each class is different, but expect a healthy mix of cardio and muscle conditioning activities, making it an ideal foundation for your fitness programme.
We do ours on the stunning beach of Croyde and in sports and village halls nearby.
People of all shapes, sizes, abilities and fitness levels are welcome. And while we’re only too pleased to push you hard, you can always just take it at your own pace.
