Breath Science 8-week programme
An 8 week health and wellness program. Learn and apply the science of breath to cultivate a happy, healthy nervous system. Whether your goal is to optimise performance or mindset at work or to manage anxiety and stress or grief this program will help you manage the mind, the body and the nervous system. We will look at the mechanics and biochemistry of breath, a healthy flexible nervous system, your sleep, your stress response and together make you an individualised program specific to your goals to work on in between sessions each week.
